Sole Proprietor Baskakova Emma Illivna (hereinafter – the “SP”), a sole proprietor registered under the laws of Ukraine, is the controller of the personal data of users of the website: https://byaimee.co/uk-ua (hereinafter – the “Website”) and of users of the SP’s services (hereinafter – the “Services”).
In the course of providing the Services, as well as collecting and processing information about Users through the Website, the SP applies the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), recognized as the world’s best privacy standard, as well as Ukrainian legislation in the field of personal data protection. By applying them, we ensure a high level of security of data subjects’ rights and their confidentiality.
Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
The SP collects and processes personal data of visitors and users of the Website for the following purposes:
- provision of the Services requested by users through the Website;
- marketing purposes: sending informational messages and emails based on the contact details provided, including notifications about new products, promotions, and SP events;

Duration of Processing Personal Data
The SP processes personal data only for the period necessary for communication with the user or to achieve another legitimate purpose, but no longer than the period provided for by the personal data protection legislation.
Users’ Rights
The processing of personal data collected through the Website is carried out on the principle of equality, and all Users enjoy the same rights under the GDPR and Ukrainian data protection legislation, namely:
- Right of access: Users may request information about what personal data is processed by the SP, for what purpose, and for how long, and receive relevant details;
- Right to rectification: Users may contact the SP to supplement or amend their personal data to keep it accurate and up to date;
- Right to erasure: Users have the right to request partial and/or full deletion of their personal data;
- Right to restrict processing: Users may request the SP to suspend, in whole or in part, the processing of their personal data;
- Right to data portability: Users have the right to obtain a copy of their personal data and transfer it to another controller or processor;
- Right to object and withdraw consent: Users may object to the processing of personal data or withdraw their consent to its collection and processing;
- Right to lodge a complaint: Users may file a complaint with the competent data protection authority if they believe the SP has violated any of their rights.
How We Protect Personal Data
To ensure the security of Users’ personal data and to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, we take appropriate protective measures, including:
- Compliance with GDPR and Ukrainian legislation on personal data protection during processing, including access authorization/authentication, incident response, and risk management;
- Regular review and updates of the Website’s privacy policies, our service policies, and internal SP information security policies; conducting audits of personal data protection;
- Regular staff training and providing instructions to SP employees on data protection; verifying processors who gain access to Users’ personal data to ensure they comply with protection standards not lower than ours, and including appropriate clauses and guarantees in contracts with them;
- Use of licensed software, including antivirus programs with a high level of protection, regular updates, and proper maintenance of all information security systems;
- Restricting access to Users’ personal data only to those employees and processors who need it to perform their duties and provide the Services, and only to the extent necessary;
- Cooperation with competent data protection authorities, and notifying them and data subjects about data breaches or risks within no later than 72 hours of becoming aware of them.
Transfer of Personal Data
As a general rule, the SP does not disclose or transfer Users’ personal data to third parties.
For the purpose of providing the Services, the SP may transfer data to contractors acting as data processors, provided they comply with the requirements described in the section How We Protect Personal Data.
Users’ personal data may also be transferred to courts and law enforcement authorities upon their justified request, and in cases provided for by GDPR and the laws of the jurisdictions of which the Users are citizens. In any case, we make such decisions taking into account the possible risks for the lawful rights and interests of Users.
