We deliver orders across Ukraine and worldwide.

 

Order Processing

 • If the item is in stock, order processing takes 1–2 business days.

 • If the item is made-to-order (custom size or individual tailoring), production and processing take 5–10 business days.

 • Please contact us to confirm item availability before placing your order.

International Orders

 • From our U.S. warehouse:

• Delivery within the U.S. takes 2–5 business days.

• Delivery to Europe takes approximately 10–15 business days.

 • From our Ukrainian studio:

• Delivery to Europe takes approximately 10–15 business days.

• Delivery to the U.S. takes approximately 10–15 business days.

 • We ship with trusted international carriers (Nova Poshta Global, UPS, DHL).

 • Import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

 • If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at social.aimeeco@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

 • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before it has been shipped.
